This year, Ms. Watchman's and Ms.Tapia's classes will be going to San Diego, California for a Science Sea Quest Adventure with Project Explore. It is a 24-hour field trip. The purpose will be to visit an on-board sea lab and Sea World to learn about ocean aquatic life forms. This fundraiser is part of economics studies in our classroom. Students studied the stock market to see how money is raised and spent. Now, they get to see how it's earned on a more personal level. Your purchase will provide funding for part of the costs some students may have difficulty meeting, such as meals or travel costs during the 24-hour experience.
